the girl behind it all

I'm an 18-year-old girl who's simply trying to become the best version of herself. Life can feel quite messy at times, especially as someone this generation might call a "thought daughter." I find meaning in almost everything. A simple car ride, a lunch outing, or even a trip to the grocery store—no matter how mundane—can turn into an introspective conversation within my own mind.

While I love the depth that comes with thinking this way, it can sometimes make it difficult to fully live in the moment. There are moments when I find myself frustrated by my own thoughts, still trying to understand where healthy reflection ends and where my thoughts begin to become limiting.

This blog is my attempt to gather the fleeting lessons, questions, and memories that life has to offer—to give them a place to exist instead of letting them pass by unnoticed.
